Foreign Language OER Conference

The Open Language Resource Center (OLRC) and the Center for Open Educational Resources and Language Learning (COERLL) hosted the first annual Foreign Language OER Conference on Saturday, March 6, 2021 from 9 am to 5 pm CST. The goal of the conference was to provide a venue to showcase large-scale foreign language OER and to exchange information on topics related to OER production and adoption. The conference was envisioned as an opportunity to gather leaders in the FL OER movement together to share lessons learned and to build a community of practice. The conference was free to attend.

This year the conference was conducted entirely through the Zoom teleconferencing platform. Parallel streams of presentations were hosted in two Zoom rooms with attendees given a ten-minute break between sessions to enable movement between the two rooms. The presentations from the conference are included in the program below, followed by their Zoom recording from the event.

The complete program for the conference is available online.
